I have enjoyed a global career in the property and construction industry for over 30 years, working with clients from multinational brand names to private individuals. My projects have involved working for and with building owner-occupiers, developers, tenants, and landlords, design teams, contractors, marketing and branding teams and finance professionals.

After training in Mediation with the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb), I have gone on to gain many years of experience in resolving conflicts and disputes as they arise within the working environment, including mediation in the community and mediating disputes as part of everyday business.

As a commercial Mediator I understand the importance of quick and effective commercial outcomes to allow businesses to be successful for all partners involved and I’m able to bring commercial experience and skills as a Mediator together to help resolve disputes in all sectors of business.

I continue to work as a construction project consultant in addition to my work as a Mediator and find that continuing to experience commercial conflict and disputes first hand assists in being able to help others to find solutions to their disputes.
